BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
On your first visit to Pure Physio Clinic please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment so that you can fill in a registration form.
If for any reason you are running late for an appointment, please call us to let us know. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours notice, so if you are unable to make your appointment please call or email the day before to avoid incurring any cancellation charges.
What to wear?
If you have a lower limb problem, please bring a pair of shorts with you as your physio will need to see your knee or ankle. Don’t worry if you forget though, we have pairs that you can borrow. For other problem areas, wear something comfortable and easy to get in and out of, as your physiotherapist may need you to undress to allow them to assess or treat the area.
Paying for treatment
Payment for each treatment is required at the end of each session. However, you can pay for treatment in advance if you wish to save time or on behalf of someone else (ie. a child). We accept cash and all credit and debit cards including American Express.
Claiming through health insurance?
If you will be claiming treatment costs through health insurance. Please contact your insurance provider prior to starting treatment to check if you need to get a claim form and coverage details for your policy, as each policy is different.
Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance provider and that you are responsible for ensuring that any treatment sessions you claim for are covered under your scheme. Pure Physio cannot be held responsible for any non-payment of claims.
